Lower stands are also available, as are other designs following seventeenth century furniture. The stand under the Theewes follows late sixteenth century furniture designs, and the stand under the Hasard is a copy of the original. The stands under the "Talbot Manuscript" and Haward harpsichords are of the trestle variety with turned legs. All stands are collapsible for ease of transportation.
OPTIONS: All instruments with a broken octave can be made to transpose if desired. The "Talbot manuscript" and the Haward harpsichord can have marquetry if desired, many original instruments have designs which can be copied. The Haward would copy the marquetry work on the original. Ivory substitute (either resin or using holly) can be used in place of solid bone for accidental keytops if preferred for a reduction in costs. All jacks are wood, with delrin plectra as standard, bird quill can be used if preferred at extra cost. The Theewes can be built as a claviorgan following the original, please enquire for full details. Padded covers and/or matching stools available. Please enquire about the cost of any of the options.
